Form submission hijacking via unsanitized RelayState

Form-action hijacking in Cherwell Service Management 10.2.3 allows remote attackers to redirect a user's form submission. The web application places the attacker-controlled RelayState value into the HTML form action URL without constraining its destination. Exploitation requires another application user to visit the crafted URL and submit the altered form, sending that form data to an attacker-controlled server.
