Zabbix credential disclosure via exposed page source
Published Mar 21, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Information exposure in Grafana through 7.3.4 with Zabbix integration allows remote attackers to read configured Zabbix credentials. The login page's HTML source embeds the configured api_jsonrpc.php URL and Zabbix account password instead of keeping them server-side. Exposure requires the Zabbix integration; the referenced disclosure demonstrates the credentials in page source when registration is enabled.
