Authentication bypass in Atlassian Jira Server and Data Center Mobile Plugin before fixed releases allows remote authenticated users to read server-side resources via a batch endpoint. The batch request handler accepts attacker-controlled destinations and performs server-side requests without restricting internal targets, creating full-read SSRF.
