Off-path UDP port discovery via ICMP limits

Improper randomness in the TMM of F5 BIG-IP allows remote attackers to discover open UDP ports through crafted off-path network traffic. TMM limits reply ICMP packets in a way that lets crafted probes distinguish open UDP ports and neutralize UDP source-port randomization. No authentication or on-path position is required; the bounded result is rapid UDP service discovery and reduced resistance to spoofing-based attacks.
