Missing authentication in Open Automation Software OAS Platform 16.00.0112 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files via TCP/58727. The SecureTransferFiles command accepts a caller-supplied operating-system path and returns its contents rather than confining reads to an authorized transfer area. Exploitation requires an OAS account in a Security Group with File Transfer permission, or captured credentials, and exposes only files readable by the OAS service user.
