CVE-2022-26041Network attack vector

Administrative arbitrary file access via directory traversal

Published Jun 13, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

Directory traversal in GENEREX RCCMD 4.26 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read or alter arbitrary server files. Public advisories do not identify the affected request handler, path parameter, or filesystem operation that fails to constrain traversal input. Administrative privileges are required, and successful exploitation permits file disclosure or modification without a reported availability impact.
