Local privilege escalation via io_uring GC race

Use-after-free in Linux before 6.1-rc1 allows local users to escalate privileges or crash the system through io_uring and Unix sockets. Unix socket garbage collection can free an io_uring descriptor and its registered files before io_uring unregisters them and waits for pending requests to finish. Low-privileged access is required, and userfaultfd can hold a request pending while the attacker controls the freeing race.
