Stored cross-site scripting in Memos before 0.11.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript when a user clicks a crafted resource link. The resource-creation route accepted an externalLink value without scheme validation, allowing a javascript: URL to be stored in a public memo. A victim must click the external resource; the script then runs in that user's Memos origin and can read private notes or act as the account.
