Unauthenticated service crash via unhandled decodeURI exception

Improper input validation in all versions of John Papa lite-server allows remote attackers to crash the server with a crafted HTTP request. The request logger passes the attacker-controlled URL to decodeURI(), and the resulting URIError is not caught before reaching the Node.js runtime. No authentication or user interaction is required; one malformed request terminates the Node.js process and interrupts the development server.
