File disclosure via prefix-only root containment

Path traversal in the servst file server before 2.0.3 allows remote attackers to read files outside the configured web root. The index.js containment check accepts any normalized filePath whose string begins with the root string, including paths into sibling directories sharing that prefix. An unauthenticated request is sufficient when such a readable sibling exists, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the server process.
