Remote code execution via unsafe ext transport

Command injection in simple-git before 3.15.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted clone request. The clone() path forwards an attacker-controlled ext:: repository URL and protocol.ext.allow setting to the Git child process, enabling an external remote helper. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass untrusted clone input and enable the ext transport, after which commands run with that application's privileges.
