Service crash via unbounded recursive decoding

Uncontrolled recursion in the Rust opcua crate before 0.11.0 allows remote attackers to crash a client or server with nested OPC UA data. The ExtensionObject and Variant decoders recursively decode nested values without consuming a depth budget, allowing a small message to exhaust the call stack. An unauthenticated network peer can trigger a stack overflow and interrupt the process; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
