Signature validation bypass via malformed Base64URL input

Improper signature verification in jsrsasign before 10.5.25 allows remote attackers to pass altered JWS or JWT signatures as valid. JWS.verify() and JWS.verifyJWT() fail to reject non-Base64URL special or numeric escape characters before decoding and verifying signature segments. The flaw affects authentication or authorization when an application relies on these methods to validate attacker-supplied tokens.
