Process crash via off-by-one partition indexing

Denial of service in Containrrr Shoutrrr before 0.6.0 allows remote attackers to crash consumers through crafted Discord messages. The PartitionMessage function starts its whitespace search at an index equal to the rune-slice length when input is an exact multiple of the 2,000-character chunk size, triggering an out-of-range panic. Exploitation requires control of message content reaching a Shoutrrr consumer's Discord path; the resulting panic terminates that consumer's process.
