Arbitrary command execution via unsanitized SSID

OS command injection in GabrielRatener Wifey 2.0.7 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted SSID. The connect() backends place the caller-supplied SSID inside shell command strings passed to child_process.exec without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Local access to a calling application or the CLI is required, and injected commands run with the privileges of the Wifey process.
