Denial of service in locka99 opcua before an unspecified fixed version allows remote attackers to interrupt service via oversized OPC UA chunks. The message decoder accepts unlimited chunks, including huge chunks, without enforcing per-session or global limits or requiring a Final closing chunk. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the bounded consequence is resource exhaustion that can hang or stop OPC UA service.
