Cross-site scripting via cached textarea interpolation

Cross-site scripting in Google AngularJS 1.8.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script through cached textarea content. When Internet Explorer restores a page from its navigation cache, AngularJS interpolates attacker-controlled expression text retained inside a textarea instead of treating the restored value as inert form data. Exploitation requires an Internet Explorer user to load attacker-controlled textarea content, navigate away, and return with the Back button; script then runs in that application's browser context.
