Process crash via unchecked parameter array

Denial of service in node-libpq before 1.8.10 and pg-native before 3.0.1 allows remote attackers to crash a Node.js process. The execParams, execPrepared, sendQueryParams, and sendQueryPrepared wrappers pass a non-array parameters value into the C/C++ binding, where its conversion fails. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass an attacker-influenced second argument; the resulting hard crash interrupts that Node.js process.
