Cross-site scripting via unfiltered Markdown link href

Cross-site scripting in SegmentFault HyperDown 2.4.27 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script via crafted Markdown. The Markdown link parser accepts an entity-encoded JavaScript scheme in the href attribute and emits it into an HTML anchor without effective filtering. Execution requires an application to render attacker-controlled Markdown and a user to click the generated link, enabling browser-context data access or actions.
