File disclosure via root-prefix path validation

Path traversal in etoah static-dev-server 1.0.0 allows remote attackers to read files outside the configured web root via crafted URLs. The request handler joins the URL pathname to rootPath, while validPath accepts any resolved path whose string merely begins with rootPath. No authentication or user interaction is required; disclosure is limited to files readable by the server process and paths sharing the root prefix.
