Improper access control in Bixby Touch before 2.2.00.6 allows local users to read local files and load arbitrary URLs via its webview. An untrusted application can invoke the component without adequate access checks, causing the webview to open attacker-selected web or local-file content. Exploitation requires a malicious application installed on a China-model Galaxy device; the documented impact is confidentiality exposure without integrity or availability effects.
