Database superuser credential disclosure via static DES key

Hard-coded credentials in IGEL Universal Management Suite 6.07.100 allow attackers to recover the database superuser password. The PrefDBCredentials class initializes DESEncrypter with a static eight-byte key and uses it to encrypt and decrypt the stored dbpassword value. Access to an encrypted dbpassword value from the UMS database or a backup is required; recovery grants superuser access to UMS and its database.
