Self-XSS via unsanitized dashboard names

Stored self-XSS in Mautic before 4.4.12 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in their own browser through dashboard notifications. DashboardController::getNameFromRequest returned the dashboard name request parameter without InputHelper cleaning before it entered notification content. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to save a crafted dashboard and interact with the resulting notification, limiting execution to that user's browser context.
