Unauthenticated memory disclosure via CoAP buffer over-read

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon modem firmware allows remote attackers to disclose memory through a crafted CoAP message. The modem's CoAP parser fails to validate the incoming message bounds before reading its buffer, causing data beyond the intended message to be read. No privileges or user interaction are required; exposed memory can reveal confidential data and interrupt modem service.
