Remote modem hang via IGMPv2 parsing loop

Infinite-loop DoS in Qualcomm Snapdragon Consumer IoT, Industrial IoT, and Voice & Music modems allows remote attackers to hang modem service. The modem's IGMPv2 parser enters an infinite loop while processing a packet received from a server instead of terminating packet handling. No authentication or user interaction is required; the result is an availability-only modem service hang.
