Local memory corruption via unchecked camera index

Improper array-index validation in Qualcomm Snapdragon camera firmware allows local users with high privileges to corrupt memory. The cam_eeprom_init_pkt_parser function uses an array index without first ensuring that it identifies a valid element, allowing an out-of-bounds access. Exploitation requires local high-privilege access to an affected device and can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability within the camera firmware security scope.
