Modem service interruption via malformed SIB1 settings

Reachable assertion in Qualcomm Snapdragon Mobile Platforms allows remote attackers to interrupt modem service via a malformed SIB1 message. The modem processes an invalid combination of subcarrier spacing and bandwidth settings until a reachable assertion fires. No privileges or user interaction are required; triggering the assertion interrupts modem availability without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
