Cleartext storage in PcVue 12 before 12.0.27 and PcVue 15 before 15.2.3 allows local users to read other users' OAuth session data. The OAuth web service stores its database connection string unprotected in the service's web.config file. Local authentication is required, and the disclosed impact is limited to reading sessions used by WebVue, WebScheduler, mobile apps, and Web Services Toolkit integrations.
