Memory corruption via stale translation caches

Memory corruption in Qualcomm Snapdragon hypervisor kernels allows local users to compromise memory during processor memory access. The hypervisor fails to invalidate processor translation caches correctly, leaving stale translations available to later kernel memory operations. Exploitation requires local execution on an affected chipset without prior privileges or user interaction and can corrupt protected kernel memory.
