Memory disclosure via AVI buffer over-read

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon video components allows local users to disclose memory by supplying a crafted AVI file. The proprietary Video AVI parser reads beyond its input buffer while parsing malformed content; Qualcomm has not disclosed the responsible function or omitted bounds check. The local path requires no privileges or user interaction and can expose out-of-bounds memory or interrupt video processing.
