Server impersonation via signature-algorithm mismatch

Improper certificate validation in wolfSSL before 5.2.0 allows remote attackers to impersonate a TLS 1.3 server via a crafted handshake. DoTls13CertificateVerify trusted the CertificateVerify signature-algorithm indicator without requiring the corresponding certificate public key to be present. A client must connect to an attacker-controlled TLS 1.3 server; a successful handshake authenticates the wrong server and undermines connection integrity.
