Cross-site request forgery in StylemixThemes eRoom 1.3.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger Zoom meeting synchronization. The stm_zoom_sync_meetings_webinars function accepts its AJAX request without capability checks or nonce validation, allowing unauthorized setting changes. Exploitation requires a logged-in higher-privileged user's browser to submit the forged request, and the resulting action changes Zoom meeting synchronization state.
