Unauthenticated command execution via LPD metacharacters

OS command injection in the RT-AC86U LPD service on firmware 3.0.0.4.386.45956 allows remote attackers on the LAN to execute commands. The LPD request handler fails to filter shell metacharacters from user-controlled printer-service requests before command execution. Access requires local-network reachability to the LPD service; successful exploitation grants arbitrary command execution and can terminate the service.
