Heap-based buffer overflow in the configuration function of ASUS RT-AC86U 3.0.0.4.386.45956 allows remote attackers to execute code. The function fails to validate the decryption parameter length before processing it, causing an out-of-bounds write in heap memory. Exploitation requires unauthenticated access from the local network and grants arbitrary code execution and service interruption on the router.
