Unauthenticated file deletion via unsanitized FullPath traversal

Path traversal in BlogEngine.NET 3.3.8.0 allows remote attackers to delete files under the web server root via a crafted request. The unauthenticated FileManager ProcessChecked delete action passes a user-controlled FullPath to BlogService.DeleteFile, and BlogAbsolutePath maps traversal sequences without authorization, sanitization, or containment checks. Deletion outside App_Data/files requires the IIS application identity to have Modify or Full Control over the web root, a permission level reported as the default, and removing Web.Config interrupts the service.
