Stored script execution via unsanitized third-party code
Published Jun 21, 2022 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
Stored XSS in UnionCMS 1.0.13 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser through Default settings. The third-party code field stores script markup without neutralization, and the public home page renders the saved value as executable code. Management access is required to save the payload, and another user must open the affected page; execution is limited to that site's browser origin.
