Password disclosure via logged login parameters
Published Mar 22, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Sensitive-data exposure in CMDBuild 3.0 through 3.3.2 allows remote authenticated users with database access to read login passwords. The REST and SOAP logging path archives login API parameters in a rotating PostgreSQL table without excluding the submitted password. Exposure requires database-administrator access or an explicitly enabled database client, and SSO logins do not place passwords in the affected form flow.
