Authenticated arbitrary file write via unsanitized filename

Path traversal in FreeTAKServer-UI 1.9.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files via a crafted filename. The /DataPackageTable route accepts the filename query argument without sanitizing its path or basename before using it as the upload destination. A valid REST API token is required; written files contain trailing XML data, limiting reliable code execution while permitting filesystem modification.
