Arbitrary file read via traversal-based copy action

Arbitrary file read in CuppaCMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to read server files through the unauthenticated file-manager API. The copyFile action in /js/filemanager/api/index.php accepts a traversal-laden from path, copies the chosen file to an attacker-selected web path, and exposes it for retrieval. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of files readable by the web-server process.
