Local process crash via zero link-layer length

Reachable assertion in AppNeta Tcpreplay tcpprep 4.4.1 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the utility via a crafted PCAP file. packet2tree() accepts a successful get_l2len_protocol() result with a zero l2len for DLT_RAW or DLT_JUNIPER_ETHER data, then enforces assert(l2len > 0). Exploitation requires a user to run automatic classification on the file; SIGABRT terminates only the local tcpprep process.
