Kernel memory disclosure via oversized SCSI transfers

Information disclosure in Realtek RtsPer.sys and RtsUer.sys allows local users to read kernel stack and heap memory via SCSI requests. The IOCTL_SCSI_PASS_THROUGH_DIRECT handler builds an SRB from a user-supplied structure, and the READ CAPACITY, READ CAPACITY16, and 0xF0/0x0A handlers copy the SRB-requested length from smaller kernel buffers without checking the source size. Any low-privileged local user who can open the card-reader device can extract adjacent kernel data on RtsPer.sys before 10.0.22000.21355 or RtsUer.sys before 10.0.22000.31274, while overly large reads can crash Windows.
