PCI configuration access via exposed IOCTLs

Improper access control in Realtek RtsPer and RtsUer card-reader drivers allows local users to read and write PCI configuration space. The publicly accessible device object exposes IOCTL 0x2D2190 and 0x2D2194 as wrappers for PCI bus-interface reads and writes. RtsPer.sys before 10.0.22000.21355 and RtsUer.sys before 10.0.22000.31274 are affected; low-privileged access permits BAR corruption that produces an interrupt storm and makes Windows unusable.
