Kernel-address disclosure via world-readable driver logs

Information disclosure in Realtek RtsPer and RtsUer card-reader drivers allows local users to read kernel object addresses. The drivers keep plaintext cyclic logs enabled by default and return them through IOCTL_GET_LOG on a device object accessible to everyone. Low-privilege access is sufficient in RtsPer.sys before 10.0.22000.21355 and RtsUer.sys before 10.0.22000.31274; the leak weakens KASLR without directly altering data or availability.
