Authenticated module access and modification via unchecked references

Insecure direct object reference in OpenEMR 6.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to view and modify module settings via crafted POST requests. The Installer register and manage handlers accept module identifiers and actions from POST parameters without enforcing authorization for the referenced module. Any authenticated account can reach these handlers and read or change module configuration outside its authorized area, while no availability impact is reported.
