Unauthenticated CSS injection via REST authorization bypass

Missing authorization in nK Visual Portfolio before 2.18.0 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary CSS into saved layouts via REST endpoints. The visual-portfolio/v1/update_layout REST endpoint accepts layout identifiers and CSS data without enforcing authorization, allowing unauthenticated requests to modify saved layout styling. The attack requires network access to WordPress and results in persistent presentation and integrity changes to affected layouts, with no evidence of service interruption or code execution.
