Authenticated file deletion via unsanitized path parameters

Path traversal in Maxsite CMS 180 allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary server files through the web administration interface. The all-files-update-ajax.php handler passes the dir and deletefile parameters into unlink() without sufficient path sanitization. Administrative access is required, and deletion is limited to files writable by the PHP process, including files beneath or outside the web root.
