Privileged credential modification via permissive configuration commands

Improper access control in WatchGuard Fireware OS allows remote authenticated users to modify privileged management credentials. Overly permissive configuration commands accept credential changes from unprivileged management accounts without enforcing the target account's privilege boundary. Management access with unprivileged credentials is required; affected releases are 12.7.x before 12.7.2_U2, 12.0.x through 12.1.x before 12.1.3_U8, and 12.2.x through 12.5.x before 12.5.9_U2.
