Missing authentication in ICL ScadaFlex II SCADA Controller SC-1 and SC-2 1.03.07 allows remote attackers to alter device files. The SCADA HTTP server accepts unauthenticated POST uploads at /d.php and GET requests to file-deletion paths that use attacker-supplied file positions. Network access to the web interface is sufficient to create, overwrite, or delete controller files and interrupt availability; public evidence does not establish code execution.
