Filesystem exhaustion via world-writable metadata directories

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Google fscrypt 0.3.2 and earlier allows local users to exhaust filesystem space through metadata writes. During filesystem setup, affected releases create MOUNTPOINT/.fscrypt/policies and MOUNTPOINT/.fscrypt/protectors as sticky, world-writable directories by default, so any local account can populate them without a quota. The attack requires local access and a filesystem configured for fscrypt; filling that filesystem can interrupt services that depend on available space.
