Process crash via unchecked .powm modulus type

Denial of service in all versions of Stefan Thomas bignum allows attackers to crash a Node.js process through an invalid .powm modulus. The .powm wrapper leaves its modulus variable undefined when the second argument is not a number, string, or BigNum, then passes that value into the native operation and triggers a fatal V8 type-check exception. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled data as the second argument, and the bounded consequence is termination of that Node.js process.
